TXDOT project construction is nearing completion of an entrance ramp swap on Interstate 35 to our south. This will create an exit from NB Interstate 35 onto the access road on our southernmost border.  The TXDOT project has progressed to completing the conversion and widening of  the Interstate 35 frontage/ access roads  to one-way traffic for improved traffic flow.  The Posey Rd bridge to our north, as part of TXDOT's plans;  will be converted to an underpass and both NB and SB Interstate 35 will become an overpass over Posey Rd. TXDOT will additionally swap both exit and entrance ramps near the property; creating a northbound exit from Interstate 35 directly to our south. Additionally; the NB Interstate 35 exit on our northern boundary will be swapped to become an entrance ramp to NB Interstate 35 a few hundred feet from our northern boundary.

 The San Marcos High School  is only two miles away, conveniently reached by traveling down Old Bastrop Hwy behind the property.
