TXDOT has completed a new exit for northbound IH 35 traffic just to our south. TXDOT has additionally completed construction of a new IH35 entrance that is only a few hundred feet from or northern boundary.  The TXDOT project has progressed to completing the conversion and widening of  the Interstate 35 frontage/ access roads  to one-way traffic for improved traffic flow.  The Posey Rd bridge to our north, as part of TXDOT's plans;  will be converted to an underpass and both NB and SB Interstate 35 will become an overpass over Posey Rd.
